AI features (titles, show notes, chapters, summaries, clips, transcription) draw from a monthly, consumption-based AI allowance included with your plan. If you need more in a busy month, you can add AI credit packs.
MyPodOps SMS plans include a fixed number of SMS segments each month. Longer messages or certain characters can require multiple segments. Choose the allowance that fits your messaging volume and upgrade anytime.
No. MyPodOps uses predictable monthly SMS allowances rather than customer pay-as-you-go billing.
Cloud Workspace stores your active production files — raw recordings, uploaded source and video files, multitrack projects, clip sources, and working assets. Raw/source media follows your plan's retention limit. Published episodes are hosted separately.
No. Published podcast episodes are hosted separately and remain available while your subscription is active — they don't count against your active Cloud Workspace.
We'll let you know before you reach an included limit. You can add the relevant capacity (audio/video hours, contacts, email, cloud, seats, AI credits) or upgrade to a plan that includes more — whichever is the better value.
Email sends are included with every plan — from 5,000/month on Starter up to 200,000/month on Network. Email and SMS are separate capacities: Creator, Pro, and Network include a monthly SMS segment allowance (250 / 1,000 / 2,500 segments), and Starter can add SMS as an option.
SMS sending pauses when your monthly segment allowance is reached. You can upgrade your SMS capacity or wait until your allowance resets — we never auto-charge overages.
Raw recordings and source files remain in your Cloud Workspace according to your plan's retention period. This applies to source media — original recordings, uploaded audio/video, multitrack and project files — not your published episodes, which are hosted separately.
Your files are never deleted immediately because of a plan change. When a downgrade takes effect, files that fall outside your new retention window receive a grace period so you can download, archive, or adjust your plan.
